Who knew... apparently it's illegal to charge corkage fees at BYOB restaurants around Chicago!
Way to enlighten, Time Out Chicago. This reminds me of the time I found out that all cabs are required to take credit cards. Don't let them convince you they need to drive you to an ATM before dropping you off. They are lying.
Thank you, Time Out, for bringing a little honesty back into the world.... or at least Chicago.
